View Designer

From the New Component menu, create a View to list your documents, fill in the View Setting details, click on Apply & Close to start building your view. Remember that you can create an embedded view as well using this method.

 

1.Get back to Application Designer

Click on  to close the view designer and get back to the application designer.

2. Build a View

  1. To create a view, drag and drop the fields into the empty columns drop points.
  2. After dropping the fields as columns in the view, fill in the Column Settings details and click Apply & Close.

3. Copy Column’s Design Name

You can copy the design name of any Column by clicking the Copy Design Name option from the Gear menu of that column.

4. Edit Column’s Settings

Click on the Edit Settings option within the column’s gear menu to open and edit the Columns settings.

5. Delete Column

Click on the Delete option within the column’s Gear menu to delete a column from the view.

Arranging Columns

You can re-arrange the view’s columns by dragging the column into the desired slot after/before another column.
